OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) — A bomb threat forced the evacuation of Lourdes Academy Middle/High School in Oshkosh Tuesday morning.
Police say they were notified at around 11:14 am that staff at Lourdes Middle/High School found a note in a school restroom stating that there was a bomb in the school.
Students and the majority of staff from the school were evacuated while officers and some of Lourdes staff checked the building for anything suspicious.
Officers did not locate any explosive materials in the school and students and staff were allowed to come back. Officers were finished checking the building by 12:30 PM. Nobody was hurt. The incident remains under investigation.
