GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Police have determined the death of a man whose body was found in a public swimming pool last weekend was not the result of criminal activity.
Green Bay police say the man’s body was found at the bottom of Colburn Pool around 11 a.m. Sunday. Over the weekend, officers said the man jumped the fence to get into the pool.
Five days of investigation included gathering evidence at the scene, interviewing the man’s family and friends, conducting a search and an autopsy.
Citing respect for the man and his family, police say they will not be releasing any more details.
